If the nanny you refer is hired and completes 90 days of employment with one of our families, you’ll receive a $100 Referral Bonus as a Thank You from Michigan Nanny Solutions.
Before You Refer
We ask that you take a moment to make sure your referral meets our agency’s minimum Professional Standards:

At least 3 years of recent, Professional Childcare Experience (nanny, daycare, or early education/preschool teacher) from age 18 forward
- At least 21 years old with a high school diploma, speaks English, and is legal to work in the United States

Excellent references from prior employers

Clean background and driving record and safe and reliable transportation

Commitment to professional standards in reliability, communication, and childcare practices

A genuine love of working with children and families!
Referrals are welcome from current or past nannies represented by Michigan Nanny Solutions, and even from families who’ve worked with us!
Please note: Submission of a referral does not guarantee that the nanny will be represented or placed. All referred candidates must complete our standard application and interview process.
Referral Bonus Details

The $100 bonus is paid via electronic payment or mailed check once:

Your referred nanny is successfully placed in a position, and

The family confirms 90 days of continuous employment.

You’ll be notified by email once your referral has been hired!
Nanny Referral Form
After you submit your referral, we will personally reach out to the nanny you recommended to invite them to apply with Michigan Nanny Solutions. If they’re hired and complete 90 days of employment, you’ll earn a $100 bonus!
