Requirements

Household Manager
A Household Manager ensures your home and family life operate like clockwork. From coordinating family/school/work/life schedules and managing other household staff to overseeing home maintenance, planning events, and handling administrative tasks, they take care of the details so you can focus on what matters most.
A Household Manager does not provide childcare; 100% of their work day is spent running the household, including overseeing others who may work in the home, like nannies, babysitters, cleaning companies, and other contractors.

Placement Fee
Full-Time Family Assistant / Household Manager
12% of GAI
The placement fee for our Full-Time Family Assistant or Household Manager Placement Service is 12% of their gross annual compensation package—minimum of $5,000—at 30+ hours a week.
